Empower Hacks 2.0 Updates + Action Items
Hey Empower Hack Participants,
We have extended the hackathon length to be a week long instead of only 3 days, as we want to have more time for you all to create better and more advanced projects. Opening Ceremony Will Be July 26th at 3pm PST and we will release the prompt during the opening ceremony. We will stream the opening ceremony on Youtube, but we will send out more details tomorrow so stay tuned!
With the hackathon approaching rapidly, please complete the following action items:

Join the Discord and Give Yourself the Empower Hacks 2.0 Role in #sign-ups so that you get messages and notifications during the hackathon. All communication and announcements will happen through our discord and we will only ping people who have the role.

Please sign up for workshops using this form. In order to win first place in either the pitch competition or the hackathon, you must have attended at least one workshop. Also we will be hosting raffles at the end of each workshop with cash prizes and other goods like a desmos gift card and chess memberships! Workshops also have a limit of 100 participants, so sign up as soon as possible to reserve a spot.
